We require our partners to maintain active certifications, prioritizing those holding WRT (Water Damage Restoration Technician) and AMRT (Applied Microbial Remediation Technician) designations.
State Licensing Check
Restoration work often involves plumbing, electrical, and structural modifications. We verify that contractors hold the appropriate and active state licenses required for general contracting and specialized remediation in their respective jurisdictions.
Insurance & Bonding Verification
To protect you from liability, we check that our service providers carry robust General Liability insurance. We also look for Workers' Compensation coverage and, where applicable, Pollution Liability insurance specifically for mold remediation jobs.
Customer Review Analysis
